Is Reading Bingo free?

Yes. The CVC, digraph, vowel-team, r-controlled-vowel, and Magic E sets are free to play.

How do board sizes change the game?

Choose a 3×3, 4×4, or 5×5 board. Larger boards add more words and increase the visual-scanning challenge.

Does it work on school devices?

Designed for modern school browsers, including Chrome and Safari. Built-in words use saved audio, with browser speech as backup. Keep the device volume on and tap the speaker if audio permission is needed. If audio cannot play, the game pauses instead of silently skipping the word.

How do custom words get audio?

Words in our built-in library reuse saved clips. Other English words are spoken by an on-device voice, with an installed browser voice as backup. Educators can check every word's audio and preview its pronunciation before using a set. Names and words with multiple pronunciations may need extra review.
